6. Shipping and Delivery

Zarify.pk currently delivers within Pakistan only.

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 4–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, public holidays, courier operations, weather, promotional events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Zarify.pk is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch where available.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

An order cannot normally be cancelled after it has been dispatched. Zarify.pk cannot guarantee that every cancellation request will be approved.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders being restricted or cancelled.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Return, refund, and exchange requests are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy.

  • Do not send a product back without approval.
  • Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements communicated by our support team.
  • Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products may not qualify.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any approved refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
